A particular demographic that developer and owner, Don Tucker says has all too often been overlooked. "More people are living in their RV's today than ever before. Our goal is to cater to individuals who have chosen the full-timer lifestyle, not out of necessity, but rather as a conscious lifestyle choice." There are restrictions on the age, type and condition of the RV and all potential applicants must pass a three-part credit, criminal and rental history background check.
Included in the $375/month grand-opening rent is WI-FI, Cable Television, water, sewer, garbage, and a generous $50 per month electrical consumption allowance. As one would expect there is a full laundry and shower/restroom facility onsite. Resident's will have their choice of a one-year lease or a month-to-month rental contract. Tucker says, "In response to a changing industry, the state of Washington recently passed legislation granting Full Timer RVer's the same rights and privileges as persons residing in mobile home parks."
