What are the banner ad requirements?
Banner ads must be in .jpg or .gif format, and can be animated. They must be appropriate in nature, containing no adult or illegal graphics/text. Filesize and dimensions are as follows:
120x60 - 6 KB or less
468x60 - 18 KB or less
160x600 - 30 KB or less
If my business doesn't have a banner, will you design one for me?
Sorry, we do not create banner ads.
Do you offer impression/click-through statistics?
Yes, of course. During the signup process, we ask for a username and password so you can access your account details and view real-time impression/click-through statistics at anytime.
How long does it take to setup my account after signing up?
If you signed up during business hours (Mon. - Fri. | 9am - 5pm CST), your account will be set up by business closing of the same day providing you submit your banner ad promptly. Otherwise it will be set up on the next business day.
When and how often does billing occur?
Billing is first initiated during the sign-up process and occurs every month thereafter.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
iLogic Solutions, LLC will be displayed on your credit card statement. iLogic Solutions is the owner of the BizHwy.com website.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. Our payment system utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for all credit card transactions.
Can I cancel my account at anytime?
Yes, you may cancel at anytime. If you are considering cancelling your advertising at BizHwy, we suggest doing so towards the end of your billing cycle since we do not provide a refund for past billing transactions. Please let us know 7 days before your next billing cycle, and we will promptly end all future recurring transactions. Please Contact Us and include your username, password, and the date you wish to cancel your account.
